EXPLORE THE STUDIO & WORKSHOP

Our dinnerware, vases, and decorations are designed and made in our studio and workshop located in Siem Reap – Angkor – Cambodia. The Studio is run in a lovely setup, by 30 Artisans. This is where we design, make, fire, and pack before shipping. Our production is shipped nationwide and worldwide.

Our Story

When we started the project in 2006, we had the idea to revive Ceramics in Cambodia, as we are located in a region with a very rich creative and cultural environment. We started very small with all wood fired kilns and very little equipment. We immediately collaborated with Chefs, taking risks and learning from our mistakes. Our priority was, and still is, working in direct link with our clients; communicating quickly and effectively, resolving our client’s problems, and following them in their creative journey. This is the details on how we work to bring Art in your place and everyday life. Empathy through Art will make our lives better

Our Process

The journey starts by the extraction and preparation of our own clay; which is an extremely challenging but interesting process. Each different item goes through a unique production process; which can include as much as 15 steps. We use all different types of process available; from the good old kicked potter’s wheels, to slip casting, jigger. Our regular kilns are gas fired to 1300ºC (~2400ºF). The main definition of the material we use is stoneware (non porous), which can be qualified as an eco-porcelain.
